Our Leadership
Dan Boris | Partner
After a 25 year career specializing in the leasing and sale of truck terminals with Wilson Barnett Inc, Dan co-founded DNB Commercial in 2014. He has a strong history of long-term relationship building, many of which span the entirety of his career. He's proud to be working with his son, Nate.
Dan is very involved with Corazon, Inc, a non-profit that has built over 500 homes for impoverished families in Mexico. He and his wife of 40 years, Greta, have two terrific adult children, two adorable grandsons, and a spoiled dog.
Nate Boris | Partner
In 2014, Nate co-founded DNB Commercial alongside his father, an industry veteran. Having a front-row seat to large transactions and transparent negotiations paved the way for Nate's early success. Today, he has cultivated his own industry relationships and oversees much of the firm's day-to-day operations.
Beyond commercial real estate, Nate holds a USCG Master 100-Ton License and previously worked aboard National Geographic vessels in Alaska, the San Juan Islands, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, and Belize. When he is out of the office, he enjoys backpacking, surfing, sailing, and snowboarding.
